- Support account management members in a fast-paced administrative work environment, while doing light phone work and minimal contact with customers. Also scheduling pick-up and delivery appointments. Tracking and updating loads. Scanning through daily reports. Answering phones. Booking courier carriers . Updating commodity detail on courier shipments. Updating and sending daily spreadsheet. Assisting with compiling claim data. Various invoicing.
