What you'll be doing

This individual is expected for coordinating with the assigned Program Accountant to complete accurate and timely invoicing and submitting attendance sheets. Office Manager will administer and track all approved changes to individual consumer personal finances; address all inquiries and issues from families concerning accurate management of individual consumer bank accounts. The person will support the Director in the re-examine and oversight of individual consumer spending to include vacation package requests and Trust requests. To help the Director as requested evaluating the financial performance of the Community Living budget, is the essential job function for this post.

5 years managerial experience

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree
