What you'll be doing

This role is responsible for understanding a broad range of products, users, applications, and distributor models to determine what products customers should support. Develop and execute strategic plan by effectively utilizing marketing programs, leveraging field resources, distributor, and end user product training, outside sales strategic plans, and end user conversions. Achieve sales targets for power tools, hand tools, pneumatics, accessories, and support key Grainger account branch/member activities. Brand represented, up to and including, dewalt, porter cable, bostitch, proto, and powers fasteners. Account management team to develop and drive insistence for the brands in the market. Implement strategic goals laid out for top-tier accounts. Establish key relationships with top-tier accounts branches, district sales managers, and key end users.

What your background should be

The ideal candidate should have to communicate opportunities, issues, trends to management and marketing. S/he should have to work alongside national effectively managed T&E and overall budget. Regularly call on all top-tier accounts in designated geography. Provide support to top-tier accounts on product training, end user work, marketing and merchandising.
