What you'll be doing

Responsible for delivering a legendary guest experience in both retail and salon. This includes maintaining a high-energy, positive environment, where behaviors that support guest-centric service are consistently demonstrated. This individual may be responsible for opening the store as needed. Demonstrates the highest level of professionalism when interacting with internal and external guests. Promotes and models legendary service; creates a culture of hospitality within the store and salon. Understands and executes the GEM program in accordance with company standards. Assists with the promotion of company sales and brand initiatives to meet or exceed goals, including NPS, the loyalty program, email capture, and other company initiatives. Guides associates to complete tasks and achieve goals. Supervises sales floor and drives retail and salon performance by addressing guest concerns, coaching associates, and maintaining loss prevention standards. In absence of store management, completes store opening procedures including following all opening checklists.

What your background should be

2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience; a concentration in merchandising preferred. 2 years of progressively responsible retail management experience; supervisory experience is preferred. Demonstrated competency in sales, products, and service. Proven ability to delegate and multi-task. Knowledge of retail merchandising practices.Solid communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
