What you'll be doing
- The marketing specialist under the guidance of the marketing manager supports the work of the organizational marketing team and aligns with corporate-wide marketing initiatives, bringing them to life in the organization; implements work plans to meet marketing strategy; interfaces with key stakeholders to ensure proper rollout of marketing plans with both internal and external audiences; staffs marketing events; executes direct mail strategy and fulfillment, as needed; coordinates the creation of public-facing marketing materials in conjunction with creative and digital services; maintains integrity and consistency of organization brand standards and corporate voice relating to external promotion; provides insight for market advertising and awareness campaigns; coordinates with PR staff to ensure proper alignment between marketing and PR strategy; and tracks day-to-day marketing campaign metrics.
What your background should be
- 2-4 years in marketing, public relations, communications or related field experience is asked. The appropriate candidate needs to have excellent communication and relationship skills; strong critical thinking skills; demonstrated ability to approach initiatives with a systemic approach.

- Bachelor degree
