What you'll be doing
- Lead a team to meet and exceed budgeted tour flow and VPG through training, program refinement, process improvement, motivation, and strategic planning. Recruit, interview, train & retain talented marketers. Produce fair, consistent weekly marketing schedule. Facilitate structured and consistent training. Track and administer consistent performance management. Provide frequent feedback and written monthly coaching notes. Ensure marketing location is fully equipped with supplies and tools to drive success. Willing to act as an after shift duty phone manager. Maintain and develop strong working relationship with sales leadership, representatives and resort management. Tour reception and sales/marketing liaison. Maintain accurate attendance record keeping.
What your background should be
- 2 years management or supervisory preferred or 2 years timeshare equivalent experience. Must be able to work flexible schedule which includes a rotating combination of days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to deal with both customers and salespeople. Ability to focus on details. Ability to handle simultaneous situations.
