What you'll be doing
- Builds the company brand value through programming initiatives and multi-media content integration that support key brand measures and supports key national promotional initiatives with advertising to meet defined business and marketing objectives. Plays a critical role in driving towards one voice integration across the company marketing channels, U.S. business units and international by leading rollout of communications strategies and advertising initiatives and tools. Assists in building the advertising discipline at the company. Leads test initiatives to help determine future advertising investment and helps build processes for educating the organization on the role of advertising and advertising effectiveness. Provides advertising and marketing insight and direction for cross-functional teams throughout the company. Acts as a strategic marketing consultant to other disciplines within the organization and works as part of a cross-functional team to bring advertising and brand initiatives to market. Interacts daily with seasoned creative and media agency team members. Performs other duties as assigned.

- The candidate should have experience in strategic planning and execution related field. Ability to think strategically and creatively. Ability to manage time and budget effectively. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and measurement/tracking skills. Creative problem-solving skills. Knowledge of direct or indirect retail or brand marketing.
