What you'll be doing

Manage operational outbound, inbound and interplant transport, to ensure service, cost and compliance measures are achieved in support of the company's internal and external stakeholders. Partner and collaborate with NA customer service, PADC, PALC, brands, and other internal/external stakeholders to execute effective and efficient transportation requirements as it relates to customer service. Manage the outbound shipping process to ensure alignment with customer service, PADC and retail customer requirements, related to dock, shipping and on counter dates and/or production schedules. Manage transport service improvements, cost savings and chargeback related to outbound shipping. Collaborate with cross functional teams and senior management to support key transport projects/initiatives in support of the company's sales goals and objectives. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

2-3 years supervisory experience. Strong analytical skills to understand and develop solutions to complex and diverse business process problems. Flexibility in dealing with ability to prioritize multiple projects and challenges concurrently. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross functional teams. SAP, WMS, TMS, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.

Required Schooling / Training

College degree required.
