What you'll be doing

Respond to questions as appropriate; enter notes in company database. Refer calls to other program specialists as needed. Follow up on requests related to all calls received. Regular follow up with prospective students for all company programs. Communication with enrolled company parents and students to keep them informed on missing paperwork, upcoming deadlines, and relevant information they need before the program starts. Create and review of student orientation materials. Prepare for shipping of materials to programs in late spring. Account receivable: assist with billing and collections.

What your background should be

Extremely familiar working with Excel worksheets that contain large amounts of data. Experience working in sales and customer service. Experience with Google products (Gmail, Google drive, mail merges, etc.). Ability to quickly learn custom web-based customer relationship management software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
