What you'll be doing

Lead and oversee activity of a loan servicing team primarily responsible for account maintenance. Manage a variety of task that support the maintenance and support of account serviced by client company. Drive team performance while ensure compliance with all applicable policy, procedure, law and regulation. Typically supervise an average of 10 staff member. Supervise, train and coordinate the work of a loan servicing team, to include prepare work schedule, assign work and oversee performance. Champion best practice policy and procedure for various function within the loan service department. Manage performance objective and provide and documented performance feedback through side by side coach, goal set, corrective action, schedule adherence and train to staff. Serve as a subject matter expert to the team and other internal/external customer on operational procedure, policy and applicable regulation. Participate in compliance related process to ensure state and federal guideline follow, as well as internal/external audit and exam. Participate in team meeting and general communication regarding policy or procedure update. Lead or participate in cross departmental project. Perform other work related duty as needed.

What your background should be

Two years of account maintenance and/or loan servicing experience, with one year in a supervisory or team lead capacity. Previous experience in the auto lending industry a plus. Through knowledge of state and federal regulations compliances. Demonstrate knowledge of approved loan servicing policies. Strong interpersonal skills promoting teamwork and collaboration with peers. Excellent customer service skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word. Excellent phone and communications skills.

Required Schooling / Training

Associate degree.
