What you'll be doing
- The client company is currently looking for a manager, who will work on ERP related projects including upgrades, enhancements, and integrations and other special projects including Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, and Hyperion. Lead project teams as well as share individual subject matter expertise. Perform a wide array of tasks, which can include leading strategic meetings with project stakeholders through very tactical implementation tasks. In addition, candidate may work on non-ERP projects such as business analysis, system design, business process re-engineering, and change management.
What your background should be
- Minimum 5+ years of direct ERP implementation/support/upgrade experience with one or more of the following: PeopleSoft, Oracle EBS, NetSuite, Hyperion is required. Large consulting firm or Oracle/PeopleSoft consulting experience is strongly preferred. Experience facilitating design, setup, and configuration of various ERP solutions required. In depth experience in any of the following functional areas: general ledger, accounts payable, eProcurement, purchasing, billing, accounts receivable, project costing, contracts and other related core PeopleSoft financials modules is preferred. In depth ERP experience, with multiple implementations and/or upgrades with releases PeopleSoft 9.0/Oracle EBS R11 and above is preferred. Strong business skills and experience in finance or operations are required. Ability to lead workshops, including the gathering/documenting of requirements and use-cases and recommendation of envisioned processes is required.
