What you'll be doing
- Establishing and maintaining an integrated on-line application process and reporting mechanism. Establishing a new web portal that coordinates with multiple entry points for customer requests. Reconciling budget across multiple financial systems (BAS, concur, ariba, bright spend). Oversight/preparation of grant requests in compliance with U.S. laws and in in accordance with company policies. Representing company and overseeing team interactions with external customers. Appropriately solicit input from internal stakeholders to advance relationships with patient advocacy groups and align with business strategy and direction. Positively impacting company reputation in the community through effective grant processing and communication. Oversee a minimum of 3 grant analysts (benchmarked team structure against other healthcare organizations).
What your background should be
- 3-5 years supervisory experience in a customer facing department. Actively demonstrate leadership abilities and can build relationships across functional boundaries at multiple levels internally and externally. Critical thinking and problem solving skills including the ability to deal with ambiguity People management skills including ability to lead through influence. Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally. Dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree.
