What you'll be doing
- Manage the senior sales and customer service executives for maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO), line maintenance and GEM product lines. Set strategic direction with manager of sales and customer services. Develop commercial strategic partnerships with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and others. Follow up on sales lead and formal requests for proposals with sales staff. Maintain current customer relationships. Forge internal relationships with production groups, engineering, and support groups where necessary to improve ability to sell its product in the marketplace. Manage sales and services staff. Monitor product lines financials and profitability. Develop and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the product line. Maintain all reports and scorecard for all products. Perform other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- Minimum 3-5 years of customer service management experience for technical sales in the aviation industry is required. Strong communication, writing, negotiating skills are required. Detailed oriented is required. Technical knowledge of product line is preferred.

- Bachelor degree
