Loyalty Marketing Manager

What you'll be doing
- Own and understand customer and financial metrics key to driving performance of the cobrand cards as it relates to customer account acquisition. Develop, implement and optimize strategies to drive measurable improvement in card related metrics with a high focus on customer or account acquisition, spend and retention. Use ongoing test-and-learn strategies and leverage the partners to develop and optimize the effectiveness of the company marketing. Be a customer advocate help develop the company value proposition and ensure everything the company do will excite the customer and exceeds the customer's expectations. Be the subject matter expert in the customer / account acquisition funnel which includes working with the director on presenting dashboards to leadership. Support expansion of credit card or similar programs as appropriate in new markets outside the U.S., as appropriate.
What your background should be
- 4+ years of marketing experience (minimum 2 years of credit card or similar experience). Consumer marketing and customer acquisition experience. Experience and understanding of working in a dynamic environment. Excellent PC computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree
