Live Review Course Administrator

What you'll be doing
- Coordinate scheduling of review courses with customers, contractors, internal staff. Maintain and update review course schedule, client roster, contract faculty assignments. Partner with fulfillment team to communicate information about payments. Assist with coordination of assignments, requests and scheduling. Assist with invoice preparation and tracking related to contractors. Provide updated live review course materials to faculty as directed. Maintain and update records for on-boarding faculty. Assist with coordination of faculty development. Maintain local inventory; track and maintain electronic documentation and paper records related to shipping. Coordinate with the company travel desk to provide trip itineraries to faculty; maintain records. Ensure customers (internal and external) receive exceptional service. Address problems with shipping delays and quality control.
What your background should be
- The ideal person should have experience in related field. Advanced knowledge in computer skills. Good skills in Microsoft suits (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must have good communication skills.
