What you'll be doing

Control of food, labor & beverage costs. Creation of schedules to ensure adequate and efficient staffing at all times. Recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training staff. Proactively building and maintaining customer relationships. Ensuring that newly, received product is checked in & stocked in a timely manner. Motivating staff and maintaining a positive work environment. Keeping restaurant at the level necessary to meet or exceed the company standards for quality, service & cleanliness. Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, setting the standard for excellence in the restaurant. Other tasks as assigned.

What your background should be

Desire to work in a customer focused environment. Communication skill. Experience required.
