IT Support Technician

What you'll be doing
- Ensure stable and secure operation of information technology assets. Primary responsibility will be secondary phone and remote support. Test, install and maintain computers, thin clients, printers, mobile devices, phone systems, and related equipment for end users. Support end users, including troubleshooting and training of various IT hardware and software solutions. Provide proactive solutions to team members to support and improve their day to day business functions. Perform routine administration on network file shares. May provide support for mobile communication devices. May create user accounts and perform basic administration on the Windows. Participate & lead in department improvement activities. Provide troubleshooting and data collection for projects and issues for all IT departments. Including looking for areas of opportunity to improve all areas of IT. Responsible for defining technical approaches and tasks related to activities and minor projects. Position may require administrative duties incidental to the function, such as processing billings. May be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.

Required Schooling / Training
- Associate degree in computer science or technical field is preferred.
