What you'll be doing

The ideal candidate will be chargeable for providing production report locally and remotely to end users. It is the task of the IT Help Desk Technician to testify and document all software/hardware conditions being reported. The person will be expected for assisting and troubleshooting of windows, smartphones, Wi-Fi devices, MS Office. IT Help Desk Technician will also work through problem resolution generated by phone calls and emails to the Help Desk and offer follow-up documentation. She/he will install and support computer systems and provide internal support to workers and contractors. Moreover IT Help Desk Technician will interact with customers to resolve their problems and giving them alternative solutions.

6 months to 1 year related experience
