What you'll be doing

The IT Help Desk Coordinator will coordinate end user requests for reported hardware, software, service and other end user issues. The candidate will interact effectively with management, staff and all other personnel. The candidate will attend telephone calls, emails and personnel requests for technical support in a courteous and professional manner. The person will have the responsibility to execute administrative functions as required. In addition, she/he will execute post-resolution follow-ups to help desk tickets, and make work orders for all incoming requests.
