What you'll be doing
- The IT Administrator's main duties will involve handling Helpline calls and providing basic customer assistance, preparing regular audit reports, and assisting the department with administration tasks. Other duties include assisting with technical set-up for meetings and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to prioritize, and speak confidently before groups of people.

- 1-2 years' related experience and/or training.
