What you'll be doing

Work on-site to assist client in the assessment, design, development and evaluation of training program. Conduct in-depth needs analysis to determine performance gaps and appropriate learning solutions. Design training for a variety of delivery systems (web, classroom). Collaborate with peers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to establish design specifications including writing learning objectives, sequencing topics, providing content development and designing exercises. Review deliverables for completeness, compliance with standards, and consistency with the detailed design plan. Conduct full spectrum of evaluation activities including analyzing content, writing test items, designing and conducting session evaluations. Review and revise course content based on student and client feedback. Prepare and present deliverables, status reports, and presentations.

What your background should be

Minimum 4+ years of relevant industry (Federal) and consulting experience is required. Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer skills.
