What you'll be doing
- Follow up on all PD marketing email. Follow up on all email for on site seminar to maximize business from current PD customer. VIP event follow up. Review PD email campaign calendar with a specific colleague to build follow up strategy. Support customer need by providing grant information and refer call to PD colleague for many other request that lead to new PD on site contract. Weekly research for key customer contact name and email address to the ship to school or district for deployment. Research key market information from MDR grant recipient list and prepare email to forward to appropriate field rep to share vital large district funding. Work with manager to build email campaign for department deployment and for individual deployment. Assist PD and sales department with occasional workshop facilitation and conference; require out of state travel. Perform all other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- Experience in Microsoft Office (eg, MS Word, Excel and Outlook). Proficient with creating mail merge documents in MS Word and list building in Excel. Understanding of CRM databases and workflow in Pivotal. HTML knowledge a plus.
