What you'll be doing

In this position, the person will develop and execute recruiting strategy; monitor and ensure compliance with the Company's legal obligations. Human Resources Manager will be responsible for ensuring plan, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors. It is the duty of the Human Resources Manager to maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.

What your background should be

2 years of HR experience

Required Schooling / Training

High school diploma/GED
