What you'll be doing

Generate candidate flow for all open field construction requisitions utilizing the most effective and cost efficient methods available consisting of direct advertising, attending job fairs, utilizing job boards, social media and other unique sourcing tools. Conduct in depth interviews to qualify applicants and gain insight on work experience, skill match and salary requirements. Check credentials and references, and schedule follow-up interviews with company supervisors. Negotiate offers including; pay, per diem, benefits package, etc. Process pre-employment background checks, drug screens, and physicals prior to start date. Establish a strong working relationship with applicants, candidates and existing employees to build a robust network. Develop and maintain professional relationships with college, university and community college placement offices as a source to generate qualified applicants. Conduct new hire orientation and ensure successful seamless onboarding of new hires. Provide training, guidance and counsel to the field office team on interpretation and application of HR policies and programs.
