What you'll be doing

Human Resource Generalist will be answerable for managing requisition process, developing and building relationships with managers and supervisors as it relates to staff planning for future needs, and conducting established new worker orientation and training programs. It is the responsibility of the Human Resource Generalist to build talent pool of candidate for future staffing needs, and create quarterly analysis of recruitments and statistics and turnover costs for strategic staffing solutions and reporting. The position holder will be accountable for assisting other functions to support HR initiatives, and developing HR solutions by collecting and analyzing information.
