What you'll be doing

The Human Resource Coordinator acts as the onsite resource Human Resource generalist and payroll expert for leadership and worker. Primary duties and responsibilities involves processing payroll, processing all new hire documentation in accordance with state and federal laws as well as facility policy, arranging insurance and enrollment, coordinating and recording the completion of all scheduled training programs and administrative compliance as it relates to employees compensation, employee file maintenance, employee investigations and unemployment requests. She/he will serve as a point person in answering benefits questions and assist group members in enrollment in the benefits programs.
