What you'll be doing
- HR Manager is expected to coordinate with the director of human resources with the verity of human resources functions and is responsible for completion of paperwork in timely manner by fulfilling company standards and policies. The person will conduct insurance benefits, calculate billing totals, define benefits, support with completion of enrolment forms and answer questions. It is the duty of the HR Manager to accumulate reconsider list and distribute to department and control prescreening interviews. Moreover the position holder will supervise and maintain leave of absence log, maintain advertising log book and participate in the corporation committee.
What your background should be
- 2 years of human resource experience in a hotel or related industry
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma
