What you'll be doing
- Load electronic data from one source to another. Build and run system queries such as manpower reports, EEO reports, and ad hoc reporting from any hr system, with advanced data manipulation in Microsoft excel. Coordinate successful data interface between international payroll systems and PeopleSoft. Coordinate efforts with it to create/test/run/schedule regular data extractions from PeopleSoft. Participate in special projects such as system implementations, data migration, system upgrades, etc. Support recurring hr processes such as performance appraisals and affirmative action reporting. Perform data analysis as appropriate to ensure data integrity. Provide end-user training and support for hr systems. Initiate and track financially significant application security requests as necessary. Maintain hr section of SharePoint intranet website. Maintain hr metrics data and produce related charts/graphs on a monthly/quarterly basis. Require data entry as and other administrative duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- Minimum 4 years of experience is required. Consideration may be given to a candidate with a degree in lieu of experience. Local travel is required 50-65% of time. PHR certification is preferred. Successful completion of PHRS training program is required. A valid driving license is required.
