What you'll be doing
- Manage, track and maintain records and reports, including generation of employment change forms for items such as new hires, job changes/transfers, pay adjustments. May be responsible for business object reporting to support daily employment change form report generation, weekly contract report generation, and monthly adjunct retirement report generation. Maintain human resource information system records and compiles reports from database. Review and verify institutional organization charts. Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems. Administer and assist in the development and implementation of various human resources policies and procedures. Manage documentation and storage of all HR SOP and HR document repository. Participates in HR staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times towards co-workers, internal and external customers, representing college, its programs, policies and procedures in a positive and professional manner. Perform other related duties and functions as assigned by management.
What your background should be
- Minimum two (2) to four (4) years of human resources experience may be considered. Advanced computer experience required, with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products, familiarity with HRIS, ATS & ERP systems. Experience with data analysis is helpful. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree.
