What you'll be doing
- The successful candidate will support HR operations at company corporate HQ. HR coordinator will input, maintain, audit, extract and manipulate confidential data from HR database (ADP) and ATS (taleo). May assist with providing additional administrative HR support. Data entry into ADP HR system associated with various personnel events such as new hires (regular and contingent), job or organization changes and salary actions. Audit new hire entries, transfers and salary changes in ADP. Process employment requisitions and generate reports from Taleo as well as initiate and process contingent worker assignments. Filing and other miscellaneous HR administrative duties.

- Bachelor degree desired (will consider student entering senior year).
