HR Compensation Rewards Specialist

What you'll be doing
- This position will support compensation project initiatives and will assist with the execution of the compensation policies, plans and procedures specifically for North America and company global service centers and global service line functional groups. As a compensation center of excellence team member, the successful incumbent will partner with other rewards team members to ensure internal client groups receive the information needed to make informed decisions in managing company compensation strategy and programs. Participate in data submission of salary surveys. Facilitate job analysis and evaluations with regard to regulatory compliance associated with the FLSA, EEO regulations, and other employment laws. Review and analyze market data, salary ranges and job leveling. Model complex compensation plans, and what if scenarios. Assist with compiling, preparing and presenting compensation data for budget purposes and leadership team decisions. Support the annual and mid-year review processes. Support short term incentive and long term incentive program design and administration. Keep appraised of global compensation trends and regulations to ensure market competitiveness and company compliance. Other project work may include compensation related analysis, review and recommendations to support activities such as mergers and acquisitions and geographic expansion. Develop/maintain/document procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
