What you'll be doing

Assure highest possible level of guest satisfaction. Demonstrate and promote a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for guests and employees. Clean assigned guest units in accordance with company standards. Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and storage rooms. Report maintenance issues to rooms inspector/manager immediately. Properly tag lost and found items and turns them into management. Perform towel service responsibilities as needed. Offer guest assistance when needed whenever possible. Comply with all safety and security policies in accordance with company standards. Individual will be cross-trained as laundry attendant and porter to provide assistance as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

Previous hotel experience required. Ability to read and speak English and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to apply good judgment at all times. Ability to prioritize tasks and duties to ensure that daily housekeeping operations are performed at peak efficiency.
