Help Desk Technician

What you'll be doing
- The role will be responsible for providing initial assistance via the Help Desk, troubleshooting issues for existing users, and ensuring smooth and efficient communications throughout the incident resolution process. Other tasks include installing and configuring machines, managing and maintaining the department's policies and procedures, and taking part in after-hours and on-call support shifts.
What your background should be
- 1-2 years of significant experience providing desktop/laptop/application support.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience.
