What you'll be doing

Under direct supervision and standard procedures, the person will investigate and troubleshoot daily software and hardware problems of computer. The applicant will be answerable for responding, evaluating, and prioritizing incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail, and in-person requests for assistance from users. It is the task of the Help Desk Technician to produce standard statistical reports, such as Help Desk incident reports. The qualified candidate will manage problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up for routine user problems, referring more complex issues to second Level Help Desk Support.

What your background should be

1-2 years related experience

Required Schooling / Training

1 year college certificate
