What you'll be doing

Maintain proper documentation and status of assigned tickets-install, configure, test and troubleshoot end user equipment, including but not limited to computers, printers, copiers, scanners, office phone equipment, smartphone equipment, and other peripherals and accessories. Identify recurring problems, document resolutions, and report to management. Manage selected administrative it tasks, active directory maintenance and clean up. Create and maintain departmental and end user documentation. Ad-hoc responsibilities and projects as assigned.

What your background should be

Minimum 1-3 years of experience as help desk support and/or current relevant information technology certification. Strong analytical skills and ability to shape analytical findings into meaningful insights for department. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment effectively.
