- Seeking an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and customer service skills to provide technical support to the company's employees. Specific duties include troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, providing timely technical assistance to requests, monitoring and documenting all reported incidents and helping to establish best practices and procedures.
What your background should be
- Over two years' experience in Help Desk Support, specifically desktop support.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
