What you'll be doing
- The Help Desk Operator offers support to the group members. Responsible for the organizations work order management process. This individual serves as the first line of response for issues relating to store operations. The person will optimize available resources in order to ensure accurate and efficient troubleshooting for field personnel. This individual will perform basic call taking and troubleshooting functions. She/he will be accountable for following up on open service complaints and ensuring that a solution is fulfilled for vendor-related problems. Also the Help Desk Operator will assist open communication with Technical Operators, Operations, and Facilities Services regarding maintenance support issues.

- 1+ years of experience in related field
Required Schooling / Training
- High school diploma/GED
