What you'll be doing

Day-to-day operations for this post will involve resolving Help Desk tickets, triage of service requests, escalation of incidents, and a high level of interaction with customers, peers, and other team staff. Help Desk Analyst will provide desk side assistance to Department of Commerce workers including Break/Fix. The qualified applicant will be accountable for providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Moreover this individual will respond to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution.

What your background should be

5 years of experience

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor's degree/Associate's degree in computer science, information systems
