Head of Student Satisfaction

What you'll be doing
- Represent and evangelize student needs to drive quality of experience and education across client company. Gather data and conduct research on student satisfaction and engagement to drive monitoring, early alerting and constant improvement. Work with product managers, designers and engineers to design and improve student-facing product offerings and represent student needs in companies parent and educator-facing solutions and assessment experiences. Develop processes, tools and policies to promote end-to-end student satisfaction throughout companies classrooms, in areas ranging from classroom design to co-curricular opportunities to healthy-yet-tasty snacks. Ensure that in-classroom technology is friendly, reliable and useful for students. Support real-world learning through field trips and community partnerships.
What your background should be
- You should be a self-directed, scrappy, collaborative problem-solver with a track record of making big things happen across teams. You will ideally have a background in early childhood development or cognitive science. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills. Employee must undergo criminal background checks and TB risk assessments as mandated by California state law.
