What you'll be doing

Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service. Lead and supervise the reception team while ensuring all service standards are followed. Handle owner/guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying proper departments. Attend regularly scheduled departmental meetings. Assign tasks according to daily workflow. Balance operational, administrative and colleague needs. Assist owners and guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way. Coordinates arrival and departure schedules for owners and guests. Manager on duty responsibilities as assigned. Follow department policies, procedures and service standards. Follow all safety policies. Other duties as assigned.

What your background should be

Previous leadership experience in guest services is preferred. Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required. Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities. Highly responsible & reliable. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment. Ability to work cohesively as part of a team. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

Required Schooling / Training

Bachelor degree.
