Guest Service Representative

What you'll be doing

Enthusiastically greet all guests upon arrival. Create and maintain a clean, comfortable and safe environment. Effectively communicate all of the company policies and procedures to the guest during the interaction process. Monitor vehicle flow. Respond immediately to guest concerns and proactively solve issues as they become apparent. Create and maintain a respectful work environment free of harassment and comply with all local state and federal labor laws. Ensure that needed knowledge is transferred between fellow GSRs, leadership and headquarters. Expeditiously complete all guest interactions to ensure a timely and positive experience for all guests. Treat the guest vehicles with the highest level of respect, safety and care. Protect the assets of the company by following all financial standards. Create a fun, supportive and creative work environment by upholding all of the company standards. Clean and vacuum vehicles on a regular basis. Pick up/drop off vehicles to guests. Perform basic safety check/maintenance to vehicle (change windshield wiper blades).

What your background should be

Valid driving license with no driving record issues (must have a clean driving record). Basic math and accounting skills. Ability to demonstrate flexibility, commitment, dedication to guest service excellence and dedication. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and fellow teammates in both verbal and written format. Ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities with ease. Knowledge and basic skills for electronic interfaces such as a tablet device, mobile phone, computer, etc. Previous experience with customer/guest service highly preferred.
