Group Sales Associate

What you'll be doing
- Generating new group business (through cold calls, appointments and networking) , increasing business of the existing clients, processing and tracking contracts and payments, ensuring consistent communication with the director of sales, box office and theatre management in regards to groups and events, fielding incoming calls, assisting department with shipping promotional materials, mass mailings, eblasts, work closely with the group partners and work as a team with the sales & marketing staff forming collective goals, objectives/strategies, and ensuring that the company values and artistic vision are understood and supported across the organization.
What your background should be
- Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word is required. Experience with salesforce and ticketmaster systems are helpful.
