What you'll be doing
- The General Manager will lead overall store operations and profitability with the duty for getting sales, payroll, operating contribution results. The person will drive the business and fulfill clients needs. Be responsible for upholding brand values, standards and procedures. She/he will generate and execute strategy to make relationships with customers through store programs. It is the function of the General Manager to work with team to anticipate challenges. In addition the selected candidate will forecast and manage monthly payroll to increase productivity, achieve sales/payroll objectives and complete work load.

- College degree
