What you'll be doing
- Create and manage the culture of the company by sharing and promoting the mission, core values and secret sauce activities. Recruit, interview and hire qualified company team members in partnership with the district manager that represent the company brand and culture. Train, conduct planning sessions and performance reviews with direct reports and discipline when necessary. Act as the key point of accountability for the store's financial performance and customer experience through monthly store plans and weekly recaps with direct reports. Accurately design work schedules to ensure production and service needs met while controlling labor. Perform other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- Three or more years of progressive management experience supervising 3-10 employees. Two or more years in a service environment. Strong leadership skills and experience coaching teams required. Knowledge of P&L's. Strong understanding of customer service, strong communication skills required.
