What you'll be doing
- The successful leader will work with customers in maintaining safe work environment in facility. Be responsible for maintaining high quality standards for meal service, food quality and task performance. It is the duty of the General Manager to build and maintain effective customer and resident relations, and maintain operating report to determine performance to budget once in a week. The General Manager has accountability for performing routinely audits of safety food quality, meal delivery at point of service, and quality standards to optimize financial and operational productivity. The person will manage financial objectives and ensure they are fulfilled. To oversee manager in a diverse environment, is also the job function for this post.
