What you'll be doing
- As a General Manager, the person will administer the overall success of the operation adhering to the Client's culture and guidelines, the Health Departments regulations, and company's standards and expectations of food quality, freshness and presentation. She/he will conduct all new openings. It is the duty of the General Manager to handle all pre-opening schedules. She/he will maintain and teach a good work ethic. Motivates, trains, develops and directs all staff to accomplish the goals and objectives of the operation to the satisfaction of the customers. Solves problems professionally, rapidly and fairly.
