What you'll be doing
- General Manager will supervise the business development actions of the Manager, Business Development (MBD). Where no MBD exists, perform business development for the area office, involving prospecting, presentations, development of RFP responses, contract negotiations, and closing of new business. The selected candidate will be liable for building an active, strong customer relations program by making frequent personal visits to discuss any issues or recommendations for the improvement of service given. It is the role of the General Manager to provide direct supervision, guidance, and assistance to office personnel involving recruitment, training, corrective actions, and adherence to company policy and procedure.
