- General Manager will develop strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives. This individual will accomplish subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections. General Manager's duties involve to coordinate efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff. To monitor and ensure departmental/facility performance metrics are fulfilled in a timely and cost effective manner, is also the job function for this post.
