What you'll be doing
- Create shipping labels for all shipments, in both FedEx or ups for wholesale orders (USPs for international shipments) and ship station for website sales. Answer phone and direct to appropriate person. Lead studio maintenance and organization. Supply coordinator. Track all supplies and submit re-orders to individual suppliers directly. Point of contact for all deliveries. Coordinate delivery and unload/organize into studio. Research sources to confirm you are getting ideal rates for products used for packing/shipping/ general office supplies. Perform general research & duties when requested i.e., Verizon with a service issue to trouble shooting issues with the office printers. File all papers in file cabinet. Employee paperwork initiation and maintenance for both subcontractors and full time employees. Perform other duties as assigned.
What your background should be
- Applicant should be fast on his feet, an intuitive learner, and an efficient problem solver. Must be adaptable, extremely organized with a strong ability to multi-task with efficiency. Assist in maintaining all company policies and keep internal records for attendance, benefit qualifications including health insurance and 401k compliance.
