What your background should be
- Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution center food service operations, quality assurance/control, research & development, food production/operations, supply chain, or related discipline. Knowledge of product traceability. HACCP training required and serve safe certification preferred. Supervisory experience preferred.
Required Schooling / Training
- Bachelor degree in food science, food technology, animal science, biological science, or supply chain/operations from a four-year college.
